I think our presentation went pretty well. We made some last minute changes to the PowerPoint however. This made us forget the order of the slides and made it look like we could have prepared more. We did very well in the questions and discussions portions of the presentations. The judges left comments on how well we knew and thought about our project in order to answer every question they asked. The judges seemed to like our project overall. They didn't like that our materials prototype had no cushions on it, because they would've liked to actually see the size of the more accurate design. The judges also especially liked the fact that we had ideas for future plans like what materials to use and what features to incorporate later like powered fans, and a hard drive for storage. However, the judges did have a few concerns about heat being transferred from the laptop to the users lap. We do have ideas on how we would improve that though. It felt like a victory when most of the judges said they would be willing to buy our product, and could see it on the shelves. We also went back to a few people we personally gave the survey to, like a few gamer friends, people that worked in IT, etc. A lot of their comments were similar to the judges'. They had the same likes and dislikes: nice features, but heat concerns, and they all said that they would buy our project.
